I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that...I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honeslty to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 60+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2007 Volvo C70 Convertible with just 91k original miles. I would rate the exterior of this C70 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking convertible. It is finished in Black over Black, which is a good color combination. The Black finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this Volvo. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the trim and moldings are present and show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this C70 came in. I would rate the interior of this Volvo to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The leather seats are clean, comfortable and show minimal wear for their age. The headliner is a little loose at spots, which is common on these. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all work properly. The power retracting hard top raises and lowers with the touch of a button. The audio system is original and sounds good through the factory speakers. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly, too. It is too cold to confirm that the air conditioner is cooling effectively but I can tell you that the heater works well. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this low mileage Volvo came in. Mechanically, this Volvo appears to be in good running and driving condition. The turbocharged 2.5L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older vehicle. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine makes good power and feels perfectly smooth. The turbo spools up quickly and adds noticeable power. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with zero issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you're looking for a clean convertible for the upcoming season, a Volvo C70 is an excellent choice. The hard top lines make this car as beautiful with the top up as it does with the top down. This 2007 Volvo C70 T5 is a FWD, two-door, four-passenger compact convertible with a retractable hardtop. It features a 2.5-liter turbocharged 5-cylinder gasoline engine and automatic transmission. Safety systems include a door-mounted side impact protection inflatable which inflates upward when activated. The curtain has an extra stiff construction with double rows of slats that are slightly offset from each other. This allows them to remain upright and offer effective head protection even with the window open. The curtain also deflates slowly to provide protection should the car roll over. The C70 retractable hardtop also features a roll over protection structure (ROPS) with two pyrotechnically charged roll hoops hidden behind the rear seats that deploy under roll-over conditions whether the roof is retracted or not.
